| Our nations have a long and complicated history. We have been at odds with one another countless times throughout history. But we believe in progress. We want what is best for our two nations. The Department of Foreign Affairs in Luthori believe that it is in both of our best interests to ratify this treaty. Let this be the beginning of a strong relationship that can stand the test of time. - Shoshanna Levi Friendship: - The two nations will recognize each others sovereignty, declared borders and air space. - The two nations will both agree to foster improving relations - The two nations will consult each other on matters regarding mutual global interests - The two nations will both agree to declare a new era of friendship between them Trade: - Both nations shall refrain from imposing tariffs, quotas or taxes on imports and exports between either nation. With rooms for exception for the protection of infant industries and industries or corporations in need of government intervention. Exceptions can also be made in serious economic crises. - The two nations shall pursue economic development that benefits them both. - Economic development with ecological consequences affecting one or both of the nations shall be avoided. - Businesses operating in both nations shall be respected and be granted domestic investor status. Alteration can be made to this treaty. The Conservative Party would like to hear the opinions of Luthori and Beluzian parties. Long live Beluzia and Luthori! |
