Seleyan Customs Union (SCU)

Article 1 "Free Trade"
-Member states shall agree to eliminate as much trade barriers as possible, eliminate tarrifs and ensure that most trade related legislation in member states alligns with one another.

Article 2 "External tarrifs and trade deals"
-Member states will designate the new to be created SCU Regulatory Board to set common external tarrifs for all member states.
-Member states will designate the new to be created SCU Trade Board to negotiate Union wide trade deals which have to be approved by all member states before becoming into effect, member states are still allowed to sign individual deals with other nations.

Article 3 "Border checks"
-Member states agree to significantly lower and, if possible, eliminate border checks for economic goods to be overseen by the SCU Regulatory Board. Member states are still allowed to conduct checks when it concerns immigration and the movement of people but will be encouraged and pushed to eliminate such checks for economically related activities.

Article 4 "SCURB and SCUTB"
-The SCU Regulatory Board will handle its responsibilities listed above and will consist of a director and directing board appointed by member states with every member state allowed one representative on the board. Representatives then elect a director every 5 years.
-The SCU Trade Board will handle its responsibilities listed above and will consist of a director and directing board appointed by member states with every member state allowed one representative on the board. Representatives then elect a director every 5 years.
