𝑴𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒐𝑺𝒆𝒍 (π‘ͺπ’π’Žπ’Žπ’π’ π‘΄π’‚π’“π’Œπ’†π’• 𝒐𝒇 π‘Ίπ’†π’π’†π’šπ’‚)
MercoSel is an economic treaty in Seleya. MercoSel was founded by Tukarali, the country that is the leader of the treaty. All countries that subscribe to MercoSel must:

1) Cooperate with each other and not be at war (the country can produce weapons, but it cannot be at war under any circumstances).

2) Cooperate economically with other Seleya countries and other continents on Earth, mainly with Tukarali, or the leading country.

3) Being able to negotiate with its neighboring countries or other countries in the
Seleya.

4) Have access to some means of import, such as rivers, oceans, or use trucks (not mandatory).

5) Agree to this treaty.

π΄π‘Ÿπ‘‘π‘–π‘π‘™π‘’ 1: πΉπ‘Ÿπ‘’π‘’ π‘šπ‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘˜π‘’π‘‘

All member nations of this treaty can cooperate with each other and export things more easily, as well as increase relations and imports with other countries in Seleya. Any nation from any part of the continent can be part of this treaty if it is willing to cooperate and import.

π΄π‘Ÿπ‘‘π‘–π‘π‘™π‘’ 2: πΆπ‘œπ‘œπ‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘–π‘œπ‘›

Cooperation between nations is extremely important to maintain a strong economy and strong relationships. All countries that sign this treaty must cooperate economically and have good relations with each other. If you do not cooperate, are at war or do not have good relations with other countries, you may be temporarily suspended from the MercoSel treaty.

π΄π‘Ÿπ‘‘π‘–π‘π‘™π‘’ 3: πΈπ‘π‘œπ‘›π‘œπ‘šπ‘¦

Having a strong economy is not mandatory to be part of this treaty. Just agree with the articles and import to other countries, or cooperate economically. Any Seleyan nation is welcome, regardless of whether the economy is strong or not.

Some countries may be suspended if they do not have good relations and do not cooperate with each other. If your country is a dictatorship, the chance of suspension is higher, but if you agree with the articles, the chance of suspension decreases a little. You can even have a very strong economy, but if you break any rules you get suspended. Remember: cooperation and strong relationships are essential to join MercoSel.
