Tukarali-Luthori Treaty of Cooperation and Friendship

| Article 1: Relations between countries. 1) Luthori and Tukarali shall maintain friendly and peaceful relations and cooperate both economically and in other areas. 2) Luthori and Tukarali must respect each other's sovereignty and not interfere in internal affairs. 3) Luthori and Tukarali must be peaceful nations and cannot be at war with each other in any way. We want to make it clear that this treaty is one of friendship and cooperation. Article 2: Embassy 1) The head of state (or foreign affairs ministry) of Tukarali will select an ambassador for Luthori. Tukarali's ambassador to Luthori will represent the country's government. 2) The head of state (or secretary of state for foreign affairs) of Luthori will select an ambassador to go to Tukarali. The ambassador must represent the Luthori government in Tukarali. 3) Luthori and Tukarali must have an embassy and select ambassadors to represent their government. Article 3: Cooperation 1) The Tukarali government will send 150,000 TUK to the Luthori government annually. If Luthori is in need of help or at war, the Tukarese government will send aid to Luthori. 2) Luthori and Tukarali will cooperate with each other and export things. One of the major objectives of this treaty is to facilitate free trade and exports. 3) Tukarali and Luthori must also cooperate in the military area, sending reinforcements in emergencies such as wars or invasions. The Luthori government can also send reinforcements to Tukarali in case of an emergency. Article 4: Friendship 1) Tukarali must maintain excellent relations with Luthori and the head of state of Tukarali will visit Luthori annually to negotiate with the Luthorian government. 2) The Tukarese and Luthorian government must interact and maintain good relations, regardless of political position or ideology. |
