Lievenia Sea Accord

This treaty aim at creating a economic agreement between the nations bordering the Lievenia Sea concerning the aforementioned sea.

LIMITATION OF THE TREATY
Article 1) This treaty and is provisions shall only be applicable to the four nations considered bordering the Lievenia Sea given they have ratified this treaty. Namingly Hutori, Davostag-Kivonia, Kirlawa and Dorvik.
Article 2) The ratification of any other nation other than the four nations considered bordering the Lievenia Sea shall be considered void. They will not be considered as members of the Lievenia Sea Accord
DEFINITION
Article 3) This treaty defines the Lievenia Sea as all water connected to the high seas comprise within the perimeter delimited by the northernmost point of the Island of Sutton in Hutori, the northernmost point of the province of Greater Kordusia in Dorvik, the westernmost point of the border between Kilawa and Kundrati and the westernmost point of the border between Hutori and Telamon.
ACTIVATION OF THE TREATY
Article 4) This treaty and all its provisions will only become legally binding when at least three of the four nations considered bordering the Lievenia Sea have ratified it.
Article 5) This treaty and all its provision shall remain legally binding as long as three of the four nations considered bordering the Lievenia Sea are currently ratifying it.
FREE-TRADE ZONE
Article 6) The Lievenia Sea shall be considered a free-trade zone. All members of this treaty shall not do anything to unreasonable or contrary to national interest to impede trade between the members of this treaty within the Lievenia Sea.
LIEVENIA SEA COOPERATION ORGANIZATION
Article 7) A new international organization shall be created call the ‘’Lievenia Sea Cooperation Organization’’
Article 8) This organization shall be managed by an executive committee compose of three representatives for each of the nation member of this treaty, each representative shall be nominated by their respective nation.
Article 9) The Lievenia Sea Cooperation Organization shall have the mandate to provide reports to the nations member of this treaty on how to improve trade in the Lievenia Sea between them of and how to solve disputes concerning trade in the Lievenia Sea
DEFENCE OF THE LIEVENIA SEA
Article 10) Each nation member of this treaty shall pledge to defend the Lievenia Sea against piracy and potential foreign aggressors
Article 11) Each nation members of this treaty shall assign a significant military force to the defence of the Lievenia Sea
LIEVENIA SEA DEFENCE COUNCIL
Article 12) A military council compose of one representative from the military of each nation member of this treaty shall be created. This council shall be call the ‘’Lievenia Sea Defence Council’’
Article 13) The Lievenia Sea Defence Council shall have the responsibility of coordinating the defence of the Lievenia Sea between each of the members of this treaty.
