| This treaty and its set of articles, officially known as the Beiteynu - Kanjor Accord , is created to enhance matters of security, neutrality and cooperation between Beiteynu and Kanjor. By ratification, signatory nations agree to adhere and abide by the following articles: 1 - Channels of Communication All signatory nations recognise that regular communication is important to building trust and friendship with Beiteynu. To this end, the governments of signatory nations must consult regularly with Beiteynu and open clear channels of communication and information exchange. 2 - Embassies and Ambassadors Signatory nations shall permit the nation of Beiteynu to establish an official embassy and appoint an ambassador. In accordance, Beiteynu shall permit signatory nations to establish embassies and appoint ambassadors. 3 - Protection of Diplomats Governments of signatory nations shall do whatever possible to protect and ensure the safety of the diplomatic bodies and officials from Beiteynu. In accordance, Beiteynu shall ensure the protection and safety of diplomats of signatory nations. 4 - Diplomatic Resolutions Signatory nations shall commit to solve any issues with Beiteynu through diplomacy and political discussion. In accordance, Beiteynu shall commit to solve any issues with signatory nations in the same manner. 5 - Sovereignty Signatory nations undertake to respect the sovereignty of Beiteynu and Kanjor and the neutrality that this treaty represents between them. |
