To further the standing friendship between the sovereign nations of Vorona and Valruzia, the governments of each nation hereby agree to this treaty and commit to the articles as follows:

By ratifications, these articles enter immediate and irrevocable effect:

Article 1 - Cooperative Agreement
All signatory nations recognize the sovereignty and validity of the ruling parties of 中国人民自由党 of Vorona and the Valruzia Renewal Party and will commit to furthering the agenda of both parties in their respective nations. Furthermore, proxy agents will serve both nations with authority granted to them in tandem by the governments of Vorona and Valruzia.

Article 2: Communication Channels
Signatory nations will immediately establish and maintain free and open channels of communications and agree to the exchange of key information and data as requested.

Article 3: Foreign Base Establishments
Signatory nations will allocate land for the establishments of embassies and consulates of the other nations. Furthermore, nations may appoint ambassadors and consulars, without interference or abatement, to represent their nation in said embassies/consulates. Such locations will be considered foreign land, and legal jurisdiction will fall to the nation represented by said embassy/consulate.

Article 4: Protection of Foreign Base Staff and Representatives
Signatory nations guarantee the diplomatic immunity of representatives of signatory nations. The safety and security of staff and representatives is guaranteed by the host nation. Furthermore, signatory nations guarantee free ingress and egress of appointed staff and representatives

Article 5: Economic Activity
Signatory nations agree to allow free passage of trade to be conducted between the two nations, without further taxation or diplomatic obstacle. Merchants are provided a special customs channel to facilitate efficient and expedited processing into and out of signatory nations. Furthermore, financial transactions between any party of the signatory nations may be freely conducted, so long as it is lawful activity.

Article 6: Currency Exchange
A flat currency exchange rate shall be established, subject to change by unanimous agreement by the principle financial authorities of signatory nations.

Article 8: Extradition
Signatory nations agree to extradite wanted individuals requested by other signatory nations without restriction or abatement.

Article 9: Military and Extraterritorial Armed Actions
Signatory nations agree to aid each other in any and all armed conflicts and agree to formation of a joint command unit comprised of top command from both nations. Furthermore, signatory nations agree to a common defense and intelligence act, agreeing to share developmental projects and related industries to promote development and the defense of sovereignty and freedom.

Article 10: Visa and Private Business
Citizens of signatory nations will be given ingress and egress to the other nation without restrictions. However, they will be subject to the taxation laws of the host nation. Business can be conducted under the most restrictive laws of the two nations.

Article 11: Mutual Investment
Signatory nations agree to invest and employ in the other nation and will provide loans at preferential rates when requested.
