Majatran Security and Diplomacy Council ("the Council") is council of nations on continent of Majatra, with purpose to increase security and prosperity of Majatra.

Establishment treaty of the Council:

Article I
All signatory nations pledge to share information about dangers to another signatory nation (such as acts of terrorism) with affected nation.

Article II
Any signatory nation can call Council conference for purpose of combatting shared threat or addressing international crisis. All signatory nations have duty to attend the conference.

Article III
Council conference will be called every 10 years (with first conference being in 5230) to discuss and report matters of interest or impact on Majatra. Attendance is voluntary, but non-attending nations can't vote leader of the Council, in case motion to is called.

Article IV
Signatory nations pledge to not attack or support attacks against any other signatory nations.

Article V
Signatory nations pledge to strive for peaceful resolution to any crisis between signatory nations.

Article VI
If signatory nations violate or are suspected of violating terms of this treaty, Council conference will be called to discuss evidence and potential consequences, which can range up to exclusion from the Council.

Article VII
Leader of the Council is decided by simple majority vote if motion to vote leader is called in any Council conference. (Leader of the Council is Deltaria until voted otherwise)

Article VIII
This treaty can be expanded by other treaties, but ratification of expanding treaties is voluntary.

The Government grants full diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are protected from arrests and prosecution from all laws and are protected from civil lawsuits, but may be expelled.

Foreign countries may establish an embassy after obtaining approval from the Foreign Office.

Any other country may establish an embassy on national soil.
