Treaty of Bovatho - Kafuristan and Solentia Diplomatic, Trade and Non-Aggression Treaty
This treaty was drafted in May 5248 by the Ahmadi Council for Justice and Virtue.

The nations of Kafuristan and Solentia are neighbours with a common land border and shared religious and cultural traditions. This Treaty outlines a series of measures aiming to improve diplomatic, investment and trade ties between the two countries. The Treaty also outlines an non-Aggression agreement and the reinforcement of the Peace Treaty of 5138. Article 1 – Diplomacy - All signatory members are to work towards creating hospitable environments for diplomatic and including allowing an embassy in the respective nation. Article 2 - Foreign Workers - All signatory members are to work to increase opportunities for workers to live and work in the respective signatory members. Article 3 - Foreign Investment - All signatory members are to work to increase opportunities for foreign direct investment. Article 4 - Trade - All signatory members are to work towards removing trade barriers between our two nations. Article 5 - Travel by Visitors - Where possible restrictions on the free movement of visitors between nations shall be removed. Article 6 - Non-Aggression – Kafuristan and Solentia shall commit to a policy of non-violence and shall work to ensure border security is adhered to on both sides through military control measures. Article 7 – Protection of Kafuri speaking and Abadi Ahmadi tribes and communities in northern Solentia. This Treaty reaffirms the provisions of the Kafuri-Solentia Peace Treaty from 5138 (see here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=675331 and http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?p=178733#p178733) with one amendment.It shall be confirmed that Article 5 of the aforementioned Peace Treaty is redundant and it is to be confirmed that Kafuri military personnel no longer have a presence in northern Solentia. |
