Charter of the Majatran Cooperation Council (MCC)

The Charter of the Majatran Cooperation Council (hereby referred to as the "MCC") is created for cooperative discussions and mutual prosperity of Ahmadi states in Majatra.

Section 1 - The Majatran Cooperation Council organizes its membership into 4 distinct categories: Full Member, Associate Member, Observing Member and Observer Organization. These categories are defined below:
➝ Section 1(a) - A Full Member is a nation on the continent of Majatra whose majority religious composition is Ahmadi. Full Members are members of the Supreme Council and are eligible for election to offices within the MCC, they are authorized with the only full voting rights of the MCC;
➝ Section 1(b) - An Associate Member is a nation on the continent of Majatra whose majority religious composition is not Ahmadi. Associate Members are not members of the Supreme Council, are not eligible for election to offices within the MCC but may be permitted to send their Foreign Minister or representative to the Ministerial Council and cooperate with the MCC on matters of regional importance;
➝ Section 1(c) - An Observing Member is a nation not on the continent of Majatra but whose majority religious composition is Ahmadi. Observing Members are not members of the Supreme Council, are not eligible for election to offices within the MCC and may be invited to send their Foreign Minister or representative to the Ministerial Council and cooperate with the MCC on matters of regional or international importance;
➝ Section 1(d) - An Observer Organization status is granted to an international organization. Observer Organizations are not members of the Supreme Council, are not eligible for election to offices within the MCC and maybe invited to send a representative to the Ministerial Council and cooperate with the MCC on matters of regional or international importance.

Section 2 - The Majatran Cooperation Council requires that each Full Member of the organization contributes a component of the budget to the administration and function of the Majatran Cooperation Council. The MCC recommends roughly 1% of the Foreign Affairs budget as a membership fee;
➝ Section 2(a) - The Majatran Cooperation Council permits non-Full Members to contribute as they see fit to the overall operating budget of the Majatran Cooperation Council.

π€π«π­π’πœπ₯𝐞 𝟐 - 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐒𝐧𝐒𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧
Section 1 - The Supreme Council is the highest authority of the Majatran Cooperation Council and will be composed of either heads of state, heads of government or their appointed representative from Full Members;
➝ Section 1(a) - The Supreme Council will be chaired by the President of the Supreme Council and it shall rotate between Full Members of the Majatran Cooperation Council. (OOC: For purposes of administration, this character might be RPd by the OOC Administrator of the organization);
➝ Section 1(b) - The Supreme Council may suspend the membership of any member or organization with a majority vote of the Supreme Council;
➝ Section 1(a) - The Supreme Council will meet every five (5) years to formally approve the policies, concepts, visions and budget for the Majatran Cooperation Council and will be required to pass everything by a majority vote;

Section 2 - The Ministerial Council will assist the Supreme Council in the administration and operation of the Majatran Cooperation Council and will be composed of normally Full Members and sometimes Associate Members, Observing Members and Observer Organizations and will be composed of either Foreign Affair Ministers or their appointed representatives;
➝ Section 2(a) - The Ministerial Council will be chaired by the Chairperson of the Ministerial Council and it shall rotate between Full Members of the Majatran Cooperation Council. (OOC: For purposes of administration, this character might be RPd by the OOC Administrator of the organization);
➝ Section 2(b) - The Ministerial Council will meet annually and will provide the policies, concepts, visions and budgets of the Majatran Cooperation Council as needed and will provide authority to the Secretary-General of the Majatran Cooperation Council to carry out aforementioned duties until a meeting of the Supreme Council;
➝ Section 1(c) - The Ministerial Council will have oversight over the executive of the Majatran Cooperation Council and the Secretary-General of the Majatran Cooperation Council;

Section 3 - The Secretary-General of the Majatran Cooperation is the executive charged with the administration of the Majatran Cooperation Council on a day-to-day basis and is appointed by the Ministerial Council and approved by the Supreme Council. The Secretary-General has a term of 10 years unless removed by a 2/3 vote of the Ministerial Council or a majority vote of the Supreme Council;
➝ Section 3(a) - The Secretary-General will have the authority to manage and disperse the budget of the Majatran Cooperation Council as necessary;
➝ Section 3(b) - The Secretary-General will have the authority to manage, create, and disband administrative offices and departments within the Majatran Cooperation Council and appoint heads of respective offices and department as necessary;
