| Preamble: The Holy Luthori Empire referred to as Luthori, and the Commonwealth of Mordusia referred to as Mordusia, recognizing their historic and cultural ties, common values & interests, and shared Head of States, seek to deepen and enhance their bilateral relationship through a comprehensive and strategic partnership. Article I: Trade and Investment The Holy Luthori Empire and the Commonwealth of Mordusia shall work towards a comprehensive free trade agreement that removes tariffs and non-tariff barriers to trade in goods and services. Both countries shall promote trade and investment by creating an environment that is conducive to the growth of businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, and by reducing unnecessary regulatory burdens. The Holy Luthori Empire and Mordusia shall work towards mutually beneficial outcomes for their agricultural and fisheries sectors, including the reduction of subsidies and non-tariff barriers. Article II: Defence and Security Luthori and Mordusia shall deepen their defence cooperation through joint training exercises, intelligence sharing, and joint development of defence capabilities. Both countries shall work to enhance their cyber security and prevent malicious cyber activities from posing a threat to their respective national security. Luthori and Mordusia shall work together to combat terrorism and violent extremism, and promote regional stability and security in Terra. Article III: Education and Cultural Exchange Luthori and Mordusia shall promote student mobility and academic cooperation, including the recognition of academic qualifications and the establishment of joint research projects. Both countries shall foster cultural exchange and collaboration through the arts, media, and sports. Luthori and Mordusia shall support the teaching and learning of their respective languages in each other's countries. Article IV: People-to-People Links Luthori and Mordusia shall promote tourism and encourage travel between the two countries by simplifying visa requirements and border procedures. Both countries shall support diaspora communities in each other's countries and promote their participation in social and economic life. Luthori and Mordusia shall work towards enhancing their collaboration in health, including research and development of vaccines and treatments for infectious diseases. Conclusion: The Holy Luthori Empire and the Commonwealth of Mordusia, recognizing the importance of their relationship, their shared common Head of State, shall strive to implement the above provisions in good faith and with mutual respect. They shall consult regularly on matters of mutual interest and work towards a prosperous and peaceful future for their citizens and the wider world. |
