| Article 1: The Holy Luthorian Empire and signatory nations agree to exchange information on the political activities of communists within Terra, and to consult with each other on measures to counteract the communist influence in the world. Article 2: The Holy Luthorian Empire and signatory nations agree to inform each other in advance of any intended action that may affect the other's interests, including any political manoeuvring or attempts by Communist Radicals to exert its influence within their respective nations. Article 3: The Holy Luthorian Empire and signatory nations agree to refrain from concluding any alliances or treaties with Communist Nations or with any foreign power that may threaten the security and sovereignty of each other. Article 4: In the event that communists are involved in any action that is deemed to be a threat to the security and sovereignty of the Empire, the signatory nations agree to provide all possible military and strategic assistance to the Holy Empire to counteract the threat. Article 5: This treaty is open to accession by other nations or entities that share the aims and principles of the Holy Luthorian Empire and the signatory nations. Article 6: The treaty will remain in force for a period of ten years and will be automatically extended for additional ten-year periods, unless the treaty is terminated which will immediately nullify the treaty. |
