| We have not had a World Cup (Soccer to America, Football to the World) in a while and we would like to start one up again. Ratification of the treaty implies participation in the event. To withdraw from any World Cups, a nation must withdraw from the treaty. To keep the process as simple as possible to promote a continuation of this event, all scoring would simply be a roll of a dice (a one is one goal, two is two goals.... but six is zero goals since I want to include shutouts). I will post the scores in this topic post, http://www.takeforum.com/particracy/viewtopic.php?t=9415&mforum=particracy. A start date of 2485 for the first TWC with a new World Cup every 5 years. Minimum 4 nations needed for any World Cup to take place. Any updates or changes such as future seeding or nations hosting the event can be debated in the forum. |
