Whereas, We despise the use of pregnancy as a punishment for sex, and Whereas, We believe that the Internet should not be a subject to special regulation of any sort, We hereby propose to restore free access to both abortion and to the Internet. However, this bill shall include that it may not be construed so as to prohibit the use of the Internet to catch people who are committing felonies that transcend the Internet. It is specifically allowed to use undercover agents posing as underage users to catch sexual predators. Other felony investigations may similarly be conducted. However, no use of the Internet may be criminally prohibited; the crime in the case of child abuse occurs only when the abuser meets the intended victim offline. Such civil offenses as illegal filesharing shall be the responsibility of the aggrieved party to investigate and sue in civil court, not that of the government to investigate for them. |
