Honourable members of the Senate.

The Ministry of Finance proposes the following budget fund increases:

* 1,0 Billion for the Ministry of Internal Affairs to raise the wages of police officers and hire more of them

* 500 Million from the Ministry of Finance due to decreased bureaucracy and transfer of economic duties to the Ministry of Trade & Industry

* 50 Billion for the armed forces of Dorvik to meet most of its high-quality standard level & financing the X-52 Ground Attack Aircraft project.

* 500 Million for the Ministry of Justice to increase number of courts in the country to improve citizens' legal protection and cooperation projects with the police.

* 500 Million for the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport to renew main county highways & side roads.

* 1,5 Billion for the Ministry of Health & Social Affairs to raise the amount of state pension.

* 500 Million to support national agriculture and make the country less dependent from foreign food.

* 500 Million from Ministry of Environment & Tourism due to ceasing off some tourist trap programs, partial privatization of national forest agency & decreased bureaucracy due to new pollution standards.

* 500 Million for the Ministry of Trade & Industry to increase apprenticeship programs & low-income job support for enterprises and increase state's investments aboard.

The budget also takes into account 2% decrease in corporation tax which costs about 1,2 billion for the state.
