| Whereas, We strongly oppose laws now being proposed that allow religious indoctrination and encouragement, we nevertheless believe that is does go too far to make religion illegal, that we should do all we can to persuade people not to make such an awful choice as to worship, but that we should respect the right of people to be stupid and worship anyway, We hereby propose to simply legalize religion, and to allow the state veto power over ministers rather than appointment power, but most definitely not allow religious schools, prayer in schools, or evangelism. We do wish, along with preventing evangelism, to prevent the odious action of other nations sending missionaries to evangelize us, however. |

Old value:: The government requires foreign missionaries to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Current: The government determines which missionaries are permitted to visit on a person by person basis.
Proposed: Foreign missionaries are not permitted to enter the nation.

Proposal[?] to change The state's intervention in the appointment of ministers of religion.
Old value:: The state appoints all heads and other ministers of all religions.
Current: The state does not intervene in the appointment of ministers of any religion whatsoever.
Proposed: The state nominates ministers of religion, but the appointment is left up to the religious communities themselves.

Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning religions.
Old value:: Any form of religion is banned.
Current: There is no official state religion, but the government only allows recognized religions. 'Cults' are persecuted.
Proposed: There is no government policy concerning a state religion.
