| All landlords shall recieve conscription quotas, and a set portion of their local Huskarle placed under the command of the Czarist Okhranka for training and manueveres, while the economy mobilises for war. In June 2380 the Horde shall march on Wantuni, under the flag of peace, and take up positions to strike all military bases within the Republic, as the bulk of the Horde marches for Solentia. Any government-sanctioned resistance encountered shall be met with new directives to neutralise the Wantuni government and any foreign military bases within Wantuni. This includes resistance sanctioned by Barmenistan, Kanjor, or any other foreign nation. Illegal resistance from partisans or insurgents shall be met with extreme and deadly force. Provided there are no significant hostilities, a team of international fact-finders will be sanctioned at the expense of Deltarian government, to assess the full cost of this intrusion apon Wantuni soil unto their government, and a replayment plan shall be drafted in which all estimated financial losses shall be paid back in full to the Wantuni people. A memorial dedicated to Wantuni's aid in these dark times shall be erected in Bojnice. |
