| An Act to ensure the most basic human right is recognised in Greater Hulstria. 1.1 In order to perform an abortion, two separate licensed medical professionals must give their consent and concurrence that terminating the pregnancy is in the best interests of both the mother and child. 1.2 This can only be achieved if a continuance of the pregnancy presents a clear and present danger to the lives of both mother and child, as concurred to by two licensed medical professionals. 1.3 It is the exclusive right of the treating doctor that will perform the pregnancy termination to refuse to perform the abortion if he disagrees that it is in the best interests of both the mother and child in question, or the mental health of the mother. |
