SO as that workers campaigning for their rights are not undermined through scab labor, we hereby propose that all employees who lawfully go on strike may not be removed from gainful employment without the express approval of the Minister of Trade and Industry. However, the Imperial Chamber may at any time overturn the Minister's approval with a majority vote. |
