| Currently, our citizens can only be hospitilized at public hospitals that are of questionable quality at times. Also, people getting plastic surgery and other voluntary operations will be completely subsidized by the people of Kanjor. I propose we reform National Healthcare with this alternative: "There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care." This way the government can pay for its citizens' serious health problems while optional surgeries can be done in private and on the patient's own dime. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- National Health Care policy. Health care is entirely public and free; private clinics are banned. Alternatives: There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care.
