Bill: Security Decentralization Bill of 2424
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic Party of Dorvik
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2425
Description[?]:
Local governments know best how to organize local services for local people according to local needs & conditions. Decentralization will decrease the bureaucracy of distant central government and make the operations of fire department & police more effective as they have full operational authority in their counties and they can specialize on solving local problems. Of course crime doesn't look on county borders and not even fire in all cases but there's no need for central authority to make cooperation possible: local governments can organize this fully by themselves. |
