Local governments know best their potential and specific conditions & needs to provide services for local people while making as responsible decisions as the central government. The People's Party promotes high-quality education for all Dorvish people and we believe that local governments know best how to organize this. However we set the following provision into the bill: * Local governments must take care that all people living or studying in their county must receive high-quality education and local educational institutes must meet the national education standards & regulations provided by the Ministry of Education & Culture while taking into account the needs of individual students. |
