The Ministry of Finance has come up the following budget proposal:

* 85 Million Dolgars for Presidential office for repairing the presidential palace, updating security technology and fund the increased ceremonial & event expenses.

* 2 Billion from Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport. Cuts from subsidies for oil & coal industries, maintenance & construction of county roads (exluding highways) under full responsibility of local governments, fund savings from public housing programs.

* 5 Billion from Ministry of Health & Social Services. Cuts from health administration, high-tech equipment investments, private clinic subsidies, pharmaceutical drug costs and bureaucracy in social service sector.

* 1 Billion from Ministry of Education & Culture. Cuts from subsidies of minor newspapers & magazines, modern art and culture events.

* 2 Billion from Ministry of Science & Technology. Cut from space exploration program & manned space flights.

* 500 Million for Ministry of Food & Agriculture in subsidying small & middle-sized farmers and fishermen to continue their livelyhood.

* 1 Billion for Ministry of County Affairs (Trade & Industry) in raising the proportion of tax revenues directly for counties.

New budget will decrease unnecessary bureaucracy, increase efficiency & reduce waste, improve the economy of counties & farmers while efforts in improving employment & enterpreunership continue to be strong.
