WHEREAS, it is necessary to relieve the burden of the running this government from the shoulders of the People of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. RESOLVED, that the Government of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria of Gao-Soto shall operate the Office of the Imperial Lottery, whose mission will be to operate a National Lottery for the People of the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. |
