Bill: Malpractice Reform

Description[?]:
We think that if, through negligence, a doctor causes lifelong injury or something of that nature, even if it doesn't result in death, the wronged patient has the right to compensation. We also support putting high but sensible caps on the limits that a single suit can get to prevent frivolity. |
