Criminals shall have their right to freedom of movement and to bear arms taken away for the duration of their sentence . If they choose to work, they will earn a small wage, occupy their time, will be viewed favorably by the parole board and will have less trouble adjusting to life outside prison, at least in the economic sense. However, the state will never force prisoners to work as that is slavery. |
