Details
Submitted by[?]: Biologic Reform Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2437
Description[?]:
Currently many worthy secondary school graduates cannot afford the cost of higher education, even with assistance. We propose that higher education should be placed within reach of all citizens reguardless of creed or economic status, and that it is the fundamental right of all people to higher education. The value of college education for all citizens is beyond measure. In addition, the present situation of only allowing private insitiutions of higher education in out country is severely limiting our capacity for research and learning. We propose the establishment of a federal and local system of public universities to train our best and brighest minds. |
