Proposed: 72 This will allow our Government time to implement sensible policies Article 3 Proposal to change The total number of seats in the legislative assembly. Should be between 75 and 750. Proposed: 75 To save costs, and reduce administration Article 4 Proposal to change Structure of the Executive branch. Proposed: The Head of State is also Head of Government. As Article 3 Article 5 Proposal to change The appointment of mayors Proposed: The Head of State oversees the appointment of all mayors. The Elected Ruler should have the right to govern without dissent Article 6 Proposal to change The method used to determine the number of seats each region receives in the national legislature.
