Bill: Jakania Culture Preservation Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Agnostic Theism Coalition

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2441

Description[?]:

Our important cultural sites are falling into disrepair! Future generations will not be able to enjoy, and be educated at our battlefields, historic churches, and residences once owned by people who shaped this great nation. In addition to this, artists currently have no legal way to protect their works. If we can not guarantee at least some protection to artists, there is less incentive to be creative. The government should also display significant cultural items, available to public to view at no charge to the public. As a nation our libraries are abysmal! Local Governments are unable to provide the funding, and facilities necessary to ensure the protection & availability of printed works to the public. How can we ask the children of Jakania to respect this nation if they do not fully understand why they should respect it?
