| The DSP, recognizing that unfortunately in the world today nuclear weapons can not be given up by any nation without some other form of protection, feels that our nations policy on the use of nuclear weapons is dangerous, barbaric and, to be blunt, incredibly stupid and infantile. Therefore the DSP proposes that we only use nuclear weapons if we are attacked first by nuclear and/or biological weapons. |
