Bill: Constitutional Amendment Article 11 : The States

Details

Submitted by[?]: Pashuran Valley Independence Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2455

Description[?]:

Article 11: The States
The territory of the République Democratique de Saridan comprises the Territoire of Aldumor, Moshiran, Pashuran Valley, Surtilati and Warris. The national territory and the international territorial boundary of the République Democratique de Saridan is inviolable.

I would look to amend this article in the Saridan constitution to be change in light of the PVIP creation. Therefore the article should be amended to:

The territory of the Re'publique Democratique de Saridan comprises the Territoire of Aldumor, Moshiran, Pashuran Valley, Surtilati and Warris. The national states of Saridan can seperate once the referendum is held and a total of 60% of the electorate chooses to seperate from the nation of Saridan. The international territory boundary of Saridan will not change unless such a referendum is held.
