In the name of God, the compassionate, the merciful: The ban on paying ordained imams, ministers and other religious officials constitutes an unacceptable state interference in religious freedom. The state shall on no account make any form of payment to religious officials, but neither shall it prevent mosques and other religious communities from paying a wage of their choice to their employees. |
