This legislation simply asserts that it is not in the DUTY of the Federal Government to manage museums nationwide but that is reserved ONLY to local governments and the private sector. However, this law authorizes the distribution of Federal grants and loans to for the RESEARCH that museums undergo. Thank you for your full support. |
