Bill: S.T.E.A.M. Directive #005
Details

Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2459
Description[?]:
Criminals who cannot manage to evade the police are of inferior genetic stock. Their continued existence extracts funds from society. These funds could be better used elsewhere. Logical genetic and social policies demand that they be culled. Those who are too old to contribute should be prevented from burdening the system. Those who are too sick to recover should be prevented from further draining the system. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
