| As per DDM60 we must expand our military's ability to operate. Although we hope not to be forced to use NBC weapons, nor need shelters to protect the populace from such attacks we must be prepared. With the army due to be used in their mission to bring peace to Telamon and Hutori they must be authorised to police these areas until a reliable domestic police force can be established. |
