Voting deadline: September 2472
Description[?]:
To assist in their reintegration back to society and to reduce the likelihood of committing another crime once free, we should educate prisoners. This bill helps society as a whole especially those who haven't committed a crime. When a prisoner gets out which most will, if we don't provide them realistic tools to get back a stable life, they will commit another crime against the public as a whole. Also, less criminals that go back to jail means more government money can be spent on other issues that help those on the outside. |
