The DLP means that biological, chemical and nuclear weapons would only harm the civilian population if this were to be used in a conflict. Therefor the DLP would like to ban all used of biological, chemical and nuclear weapons. However, research on these types of weapons should be allowed to counter possible threats by terrorists and foreign hostile nations. |
