Description[?]:
Minister of Internal Affairs Hadrian Volt promised his granddaughter that she could have a pet raccoon for her birthday. Subsequent checking revealed that this would in fact be illegal. The Minster, being in charge of Internal Affairs, submits this proposal to the Board of Directors. Minister Volt personally appeared in the Board of Directors chamber to deliver the following message when submitting the legislation: "If you don't vote for this, you'll make my little Barbara cry because she cannot have a cute little pet raccoon. And if you make her cry, I will hold each and every one of you that votes no responsible for making a little girl cry. And I'll make sure that EVERYONE in Vanuku hears about how you voted to deprive a little girl of a cute little pet. Think about it." |
