WHEREAS, the role of government is to protect its citizens, not persecute them WHEREAS, by this fundamental tenet certain matters of personal liberty should not be regulated WHEREAS, enforcing moral laws is consuming on our police forces and on our budget and almost impossible to enforce. THEREFORE, we present these following proposals before the Senate. |

Old value:: Abortions are only allowed in medical emergencies.
Current: Abortion is allowed during the first trimester.
Proposed: Abortion is allowed during the entire course of the pregnancy.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy towards alcoholic beverages.
Old value:: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased and consumed anywhere, but only by adults.
Current: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults.
Proposed: Alcoholic beverage regulations are not imposed by the government.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The right to gamble.
Old value:: Gambling is illegal unless taking place in a licensed casino.
Current: Gambling is legal, but only in private homes and casinos with special licences.
Proposed: Gambling is legal across the nation, no regulation whatsoever.
