We propose the unregulation of cloning research. This will allow for better technology and so for a better Egelion. It should be remembered that, in all likelihood, the chances are better for a dissadent to produce and set off a nuclear bomb than it is form them to grow, train, supply, and hide a militant army of clones for over a decade. |
