Be it hereby resolved that the Democratic Republic of Aloria will:

a) Take a non-interventionist foreign policy approach in all international affairs not violently and directly engaging the nation;

b) Withdraw all Alorian troops from all foreign nations except during times of parliamentary-declared wars;

c) Not aid militarily any nation during times of peace and during so-called "peacekeeping missions";

d) Not aid militarily any nation except when the safety and security of the Alorian republic is directly threatened by said mutual enemy or enemies AND war has been officially declared by parliament;

e) Will not support sides in a conflict/war betwixt nations when Aloria is not made involved by parliamentary declaration of war in said conflict/war.

e) Will treat neutral and thereby not aid nation militarily or other otherwise other nations except for limited times during incidences of extreme natural disasters.
