WHEREAS, at the time that this bill is being written, local governments may set plantation policies for their respective districts WHEREAS, this law does not force local governments to set plantation policies but only gives them the freedom to do such WHEREAS, tree plantation and replantation must be enforced in order to protect the ecological balance of the country, which can help provide the country with a better state of living WHEREAS, logging and clearance operators must be made to replant trees at replacement level so that there will be ecological balance in the country, and so that there will still be natural resources available for future consumption THUS, the following has been proposed: |
