WHEREAS, current Alorian laws leave the power of eminent domain to the hands of local governments

WHEREAS, under the current law private properties may be acquired by the local government for both government and corporate use.

WHEREAS, local governments may also use the power to acquire lands for non-vital projects without the knowledge of the national government

WHEREAS, eminent domain should only be used for the construction of vital government works and not for corporate use

WHEREAS, the national government should know what specific private properties will be taken by the government and the reason for taking such properties
