Description[?]:
Working together with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Reynard Muldrake, the Ministry of Defense has received critically important intelligence that a new terrorist-style group calling themselves the "Anti Goon Alliance" has taken root in Vanuku. In an emergency session with Chief Executive Officer Fox, the Ministry of Defense is declaring a state of emergency and issuing a series of Emergency Orders. These emergency orders are temporary and nature and will be repealed at the culmination of the state of emergency. For now, however, these orders are vital to the survival of the Vanukuan way of life, public safety, and to eliminate the threat to public and private property! Emergency Order #5 temporarily locks down the border and institutes a series of oppressive and harassing security procedures. We must root out the terroristic threat that is crossing our borders. Signed, Brigadier Admiral Jay Santos Minister for Defense |
