Bill: Right To Privacy Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Socialist Democrats of Egelion
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2103
Description[?]:
(RL: In America the Patriot Act is going around, and I do NOT support it. Some of our laws are almost exactly PATRIOT ACT like, so this is a bill to destroy all P.A. laws in Egelion.) Habeas Data may not be collected without a search warrant, which is to be given only under strict regulations. (Because I hate when people don't include what the regulations will be) The regulations will only be given if the information is vital to saving a person's/people's lives, or to figure out who murdered a person. The warrants shall be given to find stolen items worth more than 1000 EGP's. They will be given to find missing people. |
