| "As Aid to Squibble begins, a greater budget will be required for Foreign Affairs. The recent changes in policing policy, as well as the end to the majority of the army mobilisation, the defence budget can be cut. Also because of the change in policing policy, and because of the new budget required to compensate Beiteynuese citizens leaving the protectorates the internal affairs budget has been raised, to be reduced again after the end of the three year peacekeeping mission. Because of the purchase of new land for the governments gated communities outside protectorates, and for building infrastructure inside said communities, the infrastructure and transport budget has been raised, to be reduced to its old level st the end of the peacekeeping mission. Other departments have endured a slight cut, which shall only be temporarily needed to fund the aforementined changes.
