Bill: Death Penalty
Details
Submitted by[?]: bran1322 Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2497
Description[?]:
Make those who commit the worst of crimes to suffer more by spending the rest of their life in a scary prison rather than take the easy way out by what appears to be an unpainful peaceful death with the needle. Killing terrorists or dictators makes them heroes and martyrs of their cause. Images of them shackled in a prison kills their powerful reputation and persona and reduces their impact on history. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
