Voting deadline: July 2508
Description[?]:
Accepting that government funds are being spent on research for new and improved medications, whilst also accepting that when private companies spend large amounts of their income on said same research expecting to receive returns on their investment, whilst also recognising the cost to the consumer(s) who may require the use of said drugs, the government will, henceforth and with immediate effect, institute price limitations on final phase drug pricing to the consumer where the government has spent on the research involved. In areas where the government has not subsidised the cost to industry in either the research or manufacturing of aforementioned medications then price will be determined by the companies producing as they deem necessary to re-coup their expenses. |

Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R.
