| The ULR believes that there should be a system of Rutania first, world second - and that we need to reform our aid-packages so much that we keep our money for investing at home and encouraging free-market reforms in other countries rather than throwing money at their problems and hoping they'd go away. (Originally, I wanted to tithe aid and trade together, but it seems we're member to a treaty which doesn't allow that =T) |
