"The Coburan Armed Forces in conjunction with the Coburan State Defence Industries (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Coburan_State_Defence_Industries) presents its rearmament plans for government approval.

1. A new state of the art jet fighter to be produced by Harris and Gold Aeronautics to replace the HG-R70, which pre-dates the Zardugal war. The new aircraft will be designated the HG-X5, and will cost around 300 million COB (per year) to develop over the next 5-10 years. Each unit will cost approximately 150 million COB to produce.

2. A new armoured fighting vehicle to replace the VF9 series of tanks. It will be developed by Vanhaldt Feldmann and will be designated the VF10 'Scorpion'. It will cost 100 million COB to develop (per year) and will each unit will cost around 10 million COB when completed.

3. A new SAM to combat enemy aircraft and missiles. Currently we use an imported SAM from another nation. It will be produced by Eros Military Industries and the program will cost 5 million COB per year. When completed each unit should cost no more than 700,000 COB to produce.

All programs are well within the ministry budget."
